Hello Folks, Just a note of thanks for a job well done on our 05/SRX! The soft green paint was a terrific match. Also, what a treat to have the auto vacuumed. We moved to this condo 5 months ago with no facilities to wash or vacuum the auto. Off to a car wash from now on! We had a country home before my hubby became ill and he always enjoyed looking after the vehicles. Many thanks to our son-in-law Jim Rose for highly recommending Waterdown Collision to us. Unfortunately I am “one of those customers” that gets to use the word “again” BUT, when trouble does strike it is so important to know that Max DiFelice and his team are close by. As everyone knows.....there are many Collision shops in the marketplace, but most of them do not offer the CUSTOMER SERVICE and CONSISTENCY that this team does. You are immediately put at ease after your accident....everything is completely explained and then you are off on your way home either in a rental through your Insurance Company or in their own Courtesy car. The attention to detail with repair is impeccable and absolutely second to none. I know this may sound like a cliché BUT, at Waterdown Collision....they do make you feel like a somebody! When it is time to pick up your car....it will be waiting shining and spotless as not only do they do the repair but a wonderful interior clean as well. Dear Max, I recently had my company owned vehicle in to your location for some minor work on the front fender. When we ordered this truck, Mark wanted to know about painting it & asked him to contact you as you did all our other units, so you would have the paint codes & lay out pattern down pat already. I wanted to take a minute to say thank you for the excellent service from you and your staff. My car was in at the beginning of the month for repairs to my passenger side door. I meant to send this thank you sooner but regardless, I was very very happy with the quality of the workmanship and service. You went above and beyond. I was not expecting my car to be shampooed....it's cleaner than when I bought it! And then to have it delivered. I can't thank you enough for taking that burden of having to pick up my car off my mom. Having just had surgery she was busy taking care of me. So thank you for everything! Hello. My name is Mike. My 2014 VW Tiguan was recently in for repair. I would just like to thank the Waterdown Collision team for all there help. From the quote, to when I got my keys back, the service was impeccable. John did an awesome job explaining to me all the work that needed to be done to get my car back to new. And new it was. I just couldn't even tell the damage. And then to go above and beyond, your team cleaned my whole interior. Wow, was not expecting that. Again I would like to recognize John for his help and professionalism, for making this unpleasant experience into a great one. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. Everyone I came in contact with was so courteous, helpful, friendly, patient – no stress – no worry – easy peasy! And the bonus of a loaner car was a huge help! John was amazing in regard to his estimating expertise and explaining what the options/issues are and checking out the costs of the various options – thanks so much for obtaining an OEM bumper for the same price as the “knock off”. And Max, I suspect you sharpened your pencil a bit for me. Thank you so much for helping me. You know I have been a long time fan of Waterdown Collision, however this is the 1st time I needed to be on the receiving end of your fabulous service, so altho I always recommend you when the opportunity arises, now I can speak even more convincingly from personal experience. I want to thank you for the perfect repair made on my 2010 Mazda on May 30th. From the time of the estimate, and subsequent consultation with Ms.Mamone, to the completion of the job, I was provided with A-1 service by Waterdown Collision. Two other estimates involved blending the passenger door. Ms. Mamone said that this was unnecessary, and she was right. The third party was no doubt happy with the lesser expense. Thank you
